Named by its three original owners as a way to acknowledge their partnership, the Trion Tavern is one of Allen County’s oldest bars. This is the kind of place where you’ll most likely meet owner and operator, Greg Jacquay, as he works the floor greeting his guests. If not, he can probably be found helping out in the kitchen.
